I had a shock when receiving my second order. During my first order the boxes in which the bags were there were large, the bags were carefully arranged. During my second order I received the bags in a pitiful state. The boxes that contained the bags were smaller, the arrangement of the bags inside were stuck which distorted the bags. I made a return to Irene my salesperson to find a solution and she found my remarks ridiculous. I sent her all the possible videos for a better understanding but nothing. During the first order she asked to endure it by giving her five stars which I did to endure it in her work. When I have a problem I would appreciate that she is more attentive. I want to change salespersons because Irene does not provide good customer service. I have let her failure pass several times I can't take it anymore, For example I had to make three samples and when receiving the samples, there was one that did not correspond to what I had asked. My message was ignored by her.

Our boxes are made of seven layer cardboard, is very high standard. The goods were transported under heavy objects for three months by sea. It is impossible for the box not to be deformed.
